Page Springs 1/2/19 - gbotello - 2 Jan 2019

As my first birding excursion of 2019, I spent about 3 hours at Page Springs on 1/2/19. Of all the years that I have been coming here, this is the first time that I have seen this much snow on the ground. The temperature when I arrived was 33 degrees and when I left, it had rose to 45 degrees.

I can say that this is the first time that I have ever seen an Abert's Towhee in the snow!
