There was a Franklin's Gull on the south lake just before noon today.

RE: Walnut Canyon Lakes
A gull sp. (but I'm fairly confident not a Franklin's Gull) flew over the Biology Building on the NAU campus today at 7:55AM at an altitude of about 75 feet. It went behind the building and out of sight before I could get any sort of ID on it.

Seems like it has been a good spring for gulls.
