Bubbling Ponds
I birded Bubbling Ponds Hatchery early this morning. Just a hint of yellow on a few trees, yet beautiful as always. Not many waterfowl here yet. Only saw one warbler (too quickly to ID, Wilson-esque), one noisy adult Black Hawk, and one Monarch butterfly. 24 bird species in all:

Black Hawk 1 adult
Osprey 1
American Kestrel 1

Black Phoebe 5
Bridled Titmice 6
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 4
American Robin 6
Northern Cardinal 3
Abert's Towhee 2
