Rivoli's Hummingbird (Edit: Broad-billed Hummingbird)
There is an adult male Rivoli's Hummingbird at the Wet Beaver Creek Campground feeding at the host's feeder. He says it has been there for at least a month. Since the campground has been privatised and is no longer under Forest Service management, the host would like the $2 entrance fee.

Not a Rivoli's Hummingbird, but a Broad-billed Hummingbird at Wet Beaver Creek Campgr
At the Wet Beaver Creek Campground, I got one quick look and jumped to the wrong conclusion.. Bright orange bill, medium sized, agressive towards all the Black-chinned Hummers at the feeder equals Broad-billed Hummingbird, NOT A RIVIOLI"S. Sorry if you made the trip for a Rivioli's.
