Little Elden Spring to Schultz Tank
Ron Auler and I enjoyed a fine morning of birding at Little Elden Spring on to Schultz Tank.

At LESP we heard Wild Turkey almost immediately, soon followed by the low hoots of a Band-tailed Pidgeon. It was very birdy, but it was mostly sounds that we worked with.  Red-faced Warblers were curious but completely silent

We tried several spots along LESR for American Three-toed Woodpecker and finally struck gold on Schultz Pass Road, about 1/2 mile south (right) of the intersection of LESR and SPRO (Little Spring/Schultz Pass.

A fine morning of bird watching.
