Cave Springs 5/15/19: He's back....
The Yellow-throated Vireo has returned again at Cave Springs.

I found it singing in the usual area; the woods surrounding the road, just before the bridge. It was around 9:45AM.

I am curious: Has anyone ever seen a second bird, a female, indicating that it may breed here? Do they ever cross breed with other vireos?

Or, is this just a confirmed bachelor that enjoys spending his summers here (that is assuming it is the same bird)?
