Finally! I had 3 great days of birding in my West Flagstaff yard!

The action was non stop pretty much all day long. Lots of juveniles.

Besides the resident birds I had the following migrants:
Cordilleran Flycatcher
Brown Creeper
Black-headed Grosbeak
Lazuli Bunting (pretty rare for my yard)
Plumbeous Vireo
Western Tanager

MacGillivray's Warbler
Nashville Warbler
Orange-crowned Warbler
Virginia's Warbler
Wilson's Warbler
Yellow-rumped Warbler

Also, a juvenile Brown-headed Cowbird being fed by a Red-backed Junco for the second year in a row,

I added a few more species to the list the past couple of days.

Most notable was a Woodhouse's Scrub Jay (rare for my yard, the last and only other sighting was about 12 years ago), Brewer's Sparrow (the only other sighting I had was around 3 years ago), and a Say's Phoebe (a new yard bird for me!).

In addition, I added Townsend's and Grace's Warbler to this week's list.

Also, a male Lazuli Bunting.
